Focused on young ladies, Exemplary Ladies Mentorship is a program born from a passion to see more females in leadership roles. The program imparts knowledge and skills to help young ladies to develop a sense of self-worth, possess exceptional relationships skills, have a greater knowledge of sexuality, make decent career choices, and empower them to achieve their goals and dreams.
The purpose of the program is to assist young ladies into becoming the best she can be, and to enable her to understand and exploit the potential within her as well as to open her eyes to the possibilities in her environment. Many of these ladies grew up in a society where a female’s voice was disregarded. As a result, many are adversely affected by low self-esteem, feelings of insufficiency and incompetency.
Every girl and every woman, has the potential to make this world a better place, and that potential lies in the act of thinking higher thoughts and feeling deeper things. When women and girls, everywhere, begin to see themselves as more than inanimate objects; but as beautiful beings capable of deep feeling and high thoughts, this has the capacity to create a change all around. The kind of change that is for the better.
